This fish barrier culvert was located on Mill Creek near Havillah in Okanogan County. Mill Creek is a tributary to Antoine Creek in the Okanogan River watershed. Correction of this barrier improved access to 2.81 miles of habitat for rainbow, cutthroat and brook trout. This project was funded though the Family Forest and Fish Passage Program and constructed by McMillan Construction Inc.
