CCFEG now offers in the class presentations and lectures for various grades. Topics include endangered species, salmon species, salmon restoration, and freshwater ecology. But topics and lectures can be adjusted to fit the audience. If you have an idea for a lecture for your class or group, and are interested in having us come please let us know.
If you would like us to come to your school or group to dissect fish all you need to supply is the audience. Working in small groups or independently students can learn a great deal about vertebrate anatomy and physiology as well as fish biology. We bring the expert, fish, tools, and all learning materials. We have found this activity to be a beneficial learning experience for young students in preschool all the way up to students in high school. Contact us today at Sean@ccfeg.org to schedule a dissection.
